Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Recruiter to join our dynamic human resources team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in talent acquisition and demonstrate expertise in various recruiting methodologies. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent while fostering positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Your role will be pivotal in shaping our workforce and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various levels and functions.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit within the organization.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media management, HR sourcing, and cold calling, to build a diverse candidate pipeline.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for talent acquisition.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever or iCIMS.
  • Stay informed about employment and labor laws to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Foster relationships with educational institutions for campus recruitment initiatives aimed at attracting emerging talent.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruiting, particularly in technical recruiting or executive recruiting roles.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing offers with candidates.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday or Paychex is preferred.
  • Knowledge of employee evaluation techniques and employee relations practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience with training and development initiatives is an advantage.
