About the Opportunity

The Monin Flavor Academy Internship Program is your chance to dive into the vibrant world of flavor creation and business innovation. Over 9 immersive weeks, you'll gain hands-on experience, collaborate across departments, and contribute to projects that bring Monin's mission to life. This is more than just an internship; it's a chance to learn from passionate professionals, sharpen your business and creative instincts, and leave your mark on a global flavor brand.

The Marketing Communications Intern will support the Marketing team across a wide range of initiatives that strengthen Monin's content output and overall brand presence. This role offers hands-on experience in content creation, campaign support, and digital marketing optimization while providing exposure to real-world marketing operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The intern will assist with developing written content for social media, email, and web platforms, as well as refining copy for ongoing campaigns. They will contribute to digital marketing optimizations by updating webpages, reviewing performance analytics, and identifying opportunities to enhance engagement.

What You'll Do

• Content creation for social media, email, and web

• Copywriting, editing, and proofreading marketing materials

• Photo and video shoot support, including planning, coordination, and on-site assistance.

• Communicate and contribute: Foster effective teamwork, clear communication, and a spirit of collaboration across all departments.

• Interest or experience in photo and video production

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
