Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, high-energy Logistics Account Executive to join our team in Cincinnati. This is a "full-cycle" role, meaning you will be the primary engine behind your own book of business. You will spend your day on the phone, prospecting new customers (shippers) and then working with our network of carrier partners to move their freight.

This isn't just a desk job; it's a high-stakes, fast-paced sales and operations hybrid. You are the problem-solver who makes sure a manufacturer's product gets from Point A to Point B without a hitch. Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Proactively identify and cold-call prospective shippers to secure new accounts and build a sustainable book of business.
• Carrier Management: Source, vet, and negotiate rates with trucking companies to ensure our customers' freight is moved efficiently and profitably.
• Relationship Building: Act as the single point of contact for your customers, providing them with market insights and ensuring their shipping needs are met 24/7/365.
• Problem Solving: Navigate the daily "chaos" of logistics—handling weather delays, equipment breakdowns, and missed appointments with a calm and proactive attitude.
• Tracking & Visibility: Provide real-time updates to all stakeholders, living up to our promise of "Powerful Communication You Can See."
• Compliance: Ensure all carrier partners meet our strict safety and insurance standards before they ever touch a load.

Requirements

• The "Hustle": You must be comfortable with high-volume cold calling and have a "never quit" attitude toward sales.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills. You need to be able to talk to a CEO one minute and a truck driver the next.
• Resilience: The logistics industry moves fast and things go wrong. We need people who can handle rejection and solve problems under pressure.
• Experience: Previous 3PL or freight brokerage experience is a major plus, but we are willing to train the right person who has a background in sales, hospitality, or any fast-paced environment.
• Tech Savvy: Ability to quickly learn Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and use digital tools to track shipments and manage leads.
• Location: Ability to work on-site at our Cincinnati, OH office.

Pay: $4, $4,350.00 per month
