Oasis of Hope is a 2.1 Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Las Vegas dedicated to helping individuals overcome mental health and substance use challenges through compassion, structure, and evidence-based care. Our mission is to guide each client toward lasting recovery and emotional well-being in a supportive and empowering environment.

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed LCPC-S to serve as Clinical Director, overseeing all clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality behavioral health and substance use treatment. The Clinical Director will lead, mentor, and evaluate the clinical team, maintain regulatory compliance, drive program development, and serve as an expert resource for complex cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and case consultation to therapists, counselors, and other clinical staff
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and licensing regulations (including 2.1 IOP requirements)
  • Develop, review, and refine clinical policies, procedures, and treatment protocols
  • Maintain oversight of assessments, treatment planning, documentation, quality assurance, and audits
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align clinical goals with organizational strategy
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and staff development
  • Lead in crisis management, risk assessments, and interventions for clients
  • Stay current with evidence-based practices, co-occurring disorders, IOP best practices, and changes in regulatory/industry standards

Qualifications

  • Active Nevada LCPC-S licensure
  • Master's degree (or higher) in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in clinical supervision or management, ideally within IOP or outpatient behavioral health
  • Deep knowledge of behavioral health interventions, co-occurring disorders, and evidence-based modalities
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in EMR/clinical documentation systems and quality assurance
  • Ability to handle high-pressure clinical scenarios with professionalism and integrity

Compensation & Schedule

  • Competitive salary or hourly equivalent depending on credentials and experience
  • Full-time, exempt (or hybrid exempt/nonexempt as appropriate)
  • Benefits package may include health, PTO, continuing education, supervision support, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
