NetSecurely LLC is an SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran-Owned (VOSB) cybersecurity startup focused on securing critical infrastructure and digital assets across the public and private sectors.

We're looking for a highly self-motivated partner, not just a hire - someone ready to take the lead in business development and capture strategy.

What You'll Do:

  • Stand up and lead the Business Development function
  • Bring or build a pipeline of cybersecurity contract opportunities in:
  • Federal (ATO, RMF, FedRAMP, vCISO)
  • State & Local Government
  • Private Sector Enterprises
  • Leverage existing relationships within agencies like DoD, VA, DHS, HHS, GSA
  • Identify, qualify, and capture contract vehicles (GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs, etc.)
  • Help structure teaming agreements and strategic partnerships
  • Operate autonomously while shaping NetSecurely's growth from the ground up

Ideal Background:

  • Track record winning cybersecurity contracts
  • Strong connections that can immediately lead to contracting work
  • Experienced during multiple U.S. administrations (Obama, Trump, Biden)
  • Comfortable navigating set-aside programs (SDVOSB, VOSB, 8(a), HUBZone, etc.)
  • Existing network with prime contractors or agency insiders
  • Desire to be part of a mission-driven, early-stage venture
