We are currently seeking Project/Program Management Consultants to join our team in the Atlanta area. As the Project/Program Manager, you will lead a cross-functional team responsible for solving problems and executing complex, multi-disciplinary solutions aligned with our client's vision, goals, and requirements. You'll manage project schedules and budgets, identify risks, and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of an organization. You'll also take point on identifying blocking issues and work through resolution while fluidly adapting priorities to ensure the team retains focus on the highest value work.
Across all your responsibilities as Project/Program Manager, you will continuously improve, adapt, and align processes to enhance teams' agility and delivery productivity. You will utilize varied techniques, tools, and methodologies, in conjunction with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, to deliver on time while meeting quality standards.
Responsibilities- Create comprehensive project plans; detailing project schedules, resource estimates, dependencies, and organizational change management activities.
- Manage project financials, maintain RAID logs, and produce other project documentation, as needed.
- Anticipate changes and collaborate with the team to propose solutions that mitigate risks; remove obstacles which are blocking or slowing down the team.
- Communicate status, updates and project summaries via presentations, email and direct communication with key stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to identify dependencies and align on hand-offs and releases.
- Establish project governance and decision-making structure, if needed.
- 3-10 years of program/project management experience, ideally with enterprise-level technology implementations or other high-profile releases affecting a wide variety of end users.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence without authority; able to lead the team and facilitate decisions with executives and stakeholders.
- Experience with waterfall, Agile and hybrid project management methodologies.
- BA/BS in business, computer science, other business/tech field or equivalent work experience
- Management Consulting experience strongly preferred
- Vendor Management Experience is a plus
- Strong Attention to detail required
- Required to work European Hours
