We're seeking a Hospice Marketing Liaison to help us grow and strengthen our presence in the community. This is more than just a sales role — it's an opportunity to represent a compassionate and trusted brand while supporting families and healthcare providers during some of life's most important moments.

- A confident communicator who can build trust and establish our brand in the community
- A professional with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledgeable about regulatory standards and compliance in healthcare
- Polite, courteous, and respectful — both with clients and coworkers
- A well-connected individual with a book of references in Houston and surrounding areas
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow referral relationships with physicians, clinics, eldercare facilities, and community partners
- Make outbound calls and in-person visits to local businesses and healthcare providers
- Use market data to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide engaging presentations and in-services to educate referral sources about our programs and outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth referral-to-admission processes
- Represent Varco at community events and activities
- Deliver daily reports and updates to the administrator
- Help remove barriers to care and follow up to ensure successful admissions
