What You'll Be Doing:

  • Serve as the go-to contact for your own book of personal lines clients — handling day-to-day needs, questions, and changes.

  • Collaborate regularly with our Advisors to make sure clients are well taken care of.

  • Stay on top of upcoming renewals and ensure policies are renewed on time.

  • Communicate with clients and partners via phone, email, and more — always with professionalism and care.

  • Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and related tasks efficiently.

  • Issue proof of insurance documents for clients and mortgage companies when needed.

  • Handle both new and renewal business — from start to finish.

  • Keep accurate records in our agency management system (Applied Epic experience is a plus).

  • Look for opportunities to enhance client coverage and offer additional services when appropriate

  • Stay updated on carrier changes and leverage our systems and tools to work smart.

  • Support our commitment to compliance and continuous improvement.

  • Continue your own professional growth with education and designations (we support that).

  • Jump in to support your teammates and leadership as needed.

What we are looking for:

  • A Property & Casualty license (preferred or willingness to obtain).

  • Experience in personal lines insurance servicing (preferred).

  • A client-first attitude and a heart for helping others.

  • Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal.

  • Solid computer and organizational skills.

  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
