This role is for a proactive closer who thrives in enterprise SaaS sales, especially in cybersecurity. You'll be responsible for owning the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification to solution design, negotiation, and close. What You'll Own

  • Drive New Business:
    Prospect, engage, and close net-new logos across mid-market and enterprise accounts to close more deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Full Sales Cycle Ownership:
    Manage discovery, solution presentation, demos, technical alignment, and negotiation through to signed contracts.
  • Build Pipeline:
    Generate opportunities through outbound efforts, inbound follow-up, and strategic partner relationships.
  • Customer Engagement:
    Position GTB's patented data security solutions with clarity, connecting business outcomes to technical capabilities.
  • Quota Achievement:
    Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver a seamless buyer journey and ensure customer success post-sale.
  • Market Insights:
    Be the voice of the customer by sharing competitive intelligence and feedback with Product and Marketing teams.
  • Operational Discipline:
    Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM, ensuring visibility into deals and activity.
  • Additional Duties as assigned.

What You Bring

  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2 years selling cybersecurity, compliance, or enterprise software solutions.
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota.
  • Strong hunter mentality — experience with outbound prospecting and building a pipeline from scratch.
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise buying cycle and experience selling into IT, Security, and Risk/Compliance stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Experience with modern sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
  • Bonus: Experience selling into regulated industries (healthcare, finance, government) or familiarity with DLP, DSPM, or data security technologies.
