About the Role:

JM Mechanical is seeking a motivated Construction Management student or graduate to join our team as a Project Manager. This role provides hands-on experience planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects, while learning from experienced professionals in a family-owned company with a strong history of long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan project timelines, budgets, labor needs, and materials requirements
  • Communicate with team members, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project success
  • Use software tools to evaluate risks, compile reports, and make presentations to project leaders
  • Gain experience with project documentation, scheduling, and estimating
  • Develop leadership, organization, and communication skills in a real-world setting

What We're Looking For:

  • Construction Management students or graduates
  • Familiarity or coursework in construction, estimating, or project management
  • Basic proficiency with construction or scheduling software
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
