Patient Access Specialist | Leading Healthcare Organization

We're looking for multiple Patient Access Specialists to join a dynamic healthcare team. If you have strong data entry skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in the specialty pharmacy space.

What You'll Do:

  • Create and update patient accounts and cases accurately
  • Enter and manage data from medical billers and other sources
  • Provide overflow customer service support to internal teams
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance across all systems
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues quickly
  • Use Microsoft Office and web-based applications for daily tasks

What You Bring:

  • Strong and accurate data entry skills
  • Previous experience in Specialty Pharmacy or Customer Service preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and web-based tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions
  • Excellent judgment and customer service skills
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities
  • Dependable work ethic and openness to feedback
  • Experience with databases or CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Familiarity with healthcare or pharmaceutical environments a plus

Location: Orlando, FL- Onsite


Pay: $19–$21/hr.
