Overview

We are seeking individuals at the Manager level to join our team to leverage AI and emerging technologies for business transformation. How you will contribute:

  • Effectively leads workstreams
  • Leads self and teammates to achieve objectives set with project leadership direction
  • Plans and designs work, coordinates cross-functional team activities, provides guidance and ensures quality deliverables by using structured problem-solving framework and methodologies
  • Interfaces with client regularly and possesses strong executive presence
  • Provides significant support on proposal and sales efforts
  • Actively seeks to identify client's needs that may lead to new opportunities; manages personal relationships in a business context and maintains an active network of business relationships
  • Establishes an inclusive environment that is positive and engages all team members

Qualifications
:

  • 5+ years' experience developing and executing enterprise analytics and AI strategies to include identifying high-impact use cases, building business cases with quantified ROI, and translating AI capabilities into strategic roadmaps.
  • Experience conducting readiness assessments (people, process, tech) for AI solutions
  • Experience presenting to C-suite executives and managing stakeholder relationships across business units
  • Experience evaluating AI platforms, tools, and vendor solutions
  • Demonstrated understanding of AI ethics frameworks, regulatory compliance programs, and risk management protocols, with knowledge of industry-specific AI regulations (financial services, healthcare, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Python, SQL, and AI/ML concepts, especially in the context of shaping data-driven strategies, informing decision-making, and collaborating with technical teams to explore innovative solutions
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Previous consulting experience strongly preferred
  • Comfortable with travel
