Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Automotive Parts Listing Specialist to join our growing team. This position involves uploading, editing, and managing automotive parts listings on our website, eBay, and other online sales platforms. The ideal candidate has experience with automotive components (especially steering columns, ignition locks, and key systems), basic computer skills, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and upload new automotive part listings to Shopify, eBay, and other marketplaces.
  • Enter accurate product information including titles, descriptions, part numbers, cross-references, and vehicle fitment details.
  • Organize and upload product images, ensuring clear, consistent, and professional presentation.
  • Verify and match OEM numbers and interchange data for accuracy.
  • Write clear, keyword-optimized descriptions that improve SEO and customer clarity.
  • Categorize products correctly for make/model/year.
  • Update pricing, stock levels, and product attributes as needed.
  • Work closely with management to ensure product data is accurate and up to company standards.
  • Maintain consistent formatting across all listings.

Qualifications

  • Experience in automotive parts, locksmith products, or e-commerce listings preferred.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, eBay Seller Hub, or similar platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow templates and naming standards.
  • Basic understanding of automotive terminology
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and product management.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

  • Experience using fitment tools or catalog data
  • Basic photo editing skills (cropping, background cleanup, resizing).
  • Understanding of SEO and keyword optimization for product titles and descriptions.
  • Knowledge of automotive brands like GM, Ford, Toyota, Hyundai, Kia, etc.

Job Type

Compensation
