We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a high standard of food service in a fast-paced environment. Your leadership will foster a positive team atmosphere, driving both employee satisfaction and guest experiences.

We are hiring for our quick service Ceviche Restaurant.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage and train kitchen and front-of-house staff, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
  • Implement food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Conduct interviews and hire new team members, providing ongoing training and development.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering of supplies to maintain optimal stock.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with culinary staff to create menu items that meet customer preferences while adhering to budgetary constraints.
  • Organize and manage banquet events as needed, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably within a quick service fast food restaurant setting.
  • Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food service management.
  • Excellent interviewing skills with experience in hiring and training staff.
  • Culinary knowledge is a plus, particularly in menu development and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer interaction.
