About Our Clinic

We're a small, high-quality outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy practice in Pinecrest, Florida. Our approach is rooted in traditional, evidence-based PT delivered through thoughtful one‑on‑one care. With a low-volume schedule and a supportive environment, we give clinicians the space to grow and patients the attention they deserve.

The Role

We're looking for a motivated Physical Therapist—ideal for a new DPT graduate—who wants to build strong clinical skills in a hands-on, patient-first setting. As part of a small team, you'll primarily focus on patient care, with occasional help answering phones or assisting with scheduling. This added involvement gives you valuable insight into how a clinic operates day-to-day, offering early experience in clinic management and leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports-related conditions
  • Provide one-on-one care with an emphasis on manual therapy and functional rehab
  • Educate patients on injury prevention and home programs
  • Document clearly and efficiently
  • Collaborate with the team and participate in mentorship
  • Assist with occasional administrative tasks (phones, scheduling) while learning the operational side of running a clinic

What You Bring

  • DPT degree (or upcoming graduate)
  • Florida PT license (or in process)
  • Strong interest in outpatient ortho/sports
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to grow clinically and professionally
