Urgent hire: Physical Therapy (SIGN-ON Bonus elgible)

Qualifications:

  • full-time positon
  • 2-yrs pediatric or school-based experience required
  • Graduated from an APTA-accredited program with a Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree (DPT) is required
  • Florida Licensed Physical Therapist
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Exceptional interpersonal communications skills
  • Growth mindset and service-oriented
  • Experience working with children is preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply

Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized treatment plans for students based on their specific needs and goals.
  • Assist in conducting therapy sessions to improve students' motor skills, mobility, and daily living activities.
  • Collaborate with the EBA team to assess progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
  • Provide support and education to patients and their families on therapy techniques and strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in occupational therapy to enhance client care.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
