Compensation: Base Hourly Pay + Bonus

Position Overview:

We're seeking a driven and personable Sales Representative to expand our presence across Houston's diverse South Asian and Middle Eastern markets. This role involves developing relationships, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction across local retail stores and restaurants. The ideal candidate understands cultural nuances, communicates effectively, and has proven experience in B2B wholesale food & beverage sales.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and grow sales with South Asian and Middle Eastern retail and restaurant accounts

Build and maintain long-term relationships with business owners and/or purchasing decision makers

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Conduct store visits, product demos, and presentations

Negotiate pricing, promotions, and delivery schedules

Work with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and support

Track sales progress and report on trends in the local market


Qualifications:

2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in food, beverage, and wholesale distribution

Existing relationships within South Asian and/or Middle Eastern markets

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented

Multilingual abilities (Urdu, Hindi, Arabic) are a plus

Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
