The team requires someone who looks around corners to plan ahead on behalf of the organization and who serves as a firm and steady anchor to ensure that the team remains customer focused while balancing the many different priorities that come into play on a daily basis.
This role requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to meet or exceed tight deadlines, strong organizational skills, and the ability to calmly juggle multiple critical requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is critical, as is a good sense of humor.
You will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, have a strong sense of emotional intelligence, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture.
Understanding basic company organization, working relationships, and business partner roles and responsibilities is important as this position will work closely with other Executive Assistants across Amazon. You will be able to work successfully in a team environment, build effective working relationships inside and outside of the group, while keeping abreast of general business objectives, policies, standards, procedures and related information in order to maintain a comprehensive awareness of the organization.

This role requires five (5) days a week in office.
Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Management of complex scheduling
• Organize, prioritize and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure action required is addressed in a timely manner
• Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on pending items
• Work closely with the leadership team, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
• Contribute to longer term Finance team projects & programs
• Document writing, editing, and readiness
• Manage domestic and international travel as needed
• Be comfortable with ambiguity and able to make decisions without guidance when appropriate
• Have fun at work and help others do the same

- 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
- Experience as an Executive Assistant
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
- Experience handling administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
- Experience with work space planning/management
- Experience with end-to-end project management

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
