Were looking for a tech-savvy, AI-driven Executive Assistant to support the Founding Partner in a fast-paced real estate environment. Youll be the right hand managing communication, coordination, analytics, and events all while leveraging the latest tools and technology to streamline every touchpoint. What Youll Do

  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and communications for Sales Partners.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication between the Partner and teams Sales, Marketing, and Account Management to keep deal cycles moving.
  • Use AI and automation tools for Partner to enhance pipeline management, prospect research, and lead scoring.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics that help Partner identify growth opportunities.
  • Support client events, webinars, and trade shows from logistics to ROI tracking.
  • Recommend and implement new technologies that improve efficiency and results.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in supporting a C-Suite Executive
  • Real estate experience required
  • Proficiency with CRM systems
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools and digital automation.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $68,000 base salary with company performance incentives and benefits
