As a 3PL Logistics Supervisor, you'll oversee day-to-day execution of field logistics activities across a distributed regional network—ensuring operational excellence, accuracy, and consistent service delivery through our 3PL partners.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the primary liaison between VB Spine and the 3PL provider for daily operational execution and issue resolution.
• Monitor and report on key logistics performance metrics, including order fulfillment, on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and quality compliance.
• Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and drive corrective actions when performance gaps are identified.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics activities, including case-related shipments, replenishment orders, and reverse logistics workflows.
• Support development and enforcement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all 3PL-managed facilities.
• Audit 3PL compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize regional inventory allocation, minimize backorders and shrink, and reduce logistics costs.
• Participate in quarterly business reviews with 3PL partners to assess performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Drive operational excellence using consistent communication, data analysis, and process standardization.
• Support implementation of new systems or technologies (ERP, tracking tools, inventory management platforms) to improve data integrity and reporting visibility.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred; high school diploma required.
• Certifications or coursework in Logistics or Operations Management a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
• Prior experience managing 3PL or indirect labor strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems (e.g., JDE) required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive accountability and performance across cross-functional or external teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs; comfortable working in a light manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partners.

Compensation:

Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, with additional factors like region, qualifications, and performance considered.

The typical pay range for this position is $70,000–$85,000 annually, with a 10% bonus opportunity, plus benefits. Final compensation is determined case-by-case based on experience level, skillset, and market conditions.
