E-Commerce Customer Service Associate

**We are looking for experienced candidates with at least 1+ years of Customer Service background and typing speed of 50+ WPM.

We are a growing online-only E-Commerce business. We are looking for an Associate who will be answering online messages, printing shipping labels, and notating changes on the order form. No in-person or phone call interactions with customers, but must report to work office.

Being that this is a retail business, we work LOTS of hours over holiday / gifting seasons. The right candidate is someone who has the right expectations for working in the retail / warehouse / E-Commerce sector.

Position:

Customer Service Associate (Full-time or Part-time)

Pay:

$13-$16/hr, Negotiable based on experience and skills.

Hours:

MON-FRI 8am-4pm

Full-time

Possibly 60+ hours per week on busy seasons

Job Description:

  • Answering messages and emails online (NO phone calls or in-person interaction with customers)
  • Notating changes on the order form
  • Generating and printing shipping labels
  • Very basic Photoshop work for editing customer orders (NO prior experience needed)

Job Requirements:

- Clean criminal Background

  • Valid Drivers License

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship available if needed)

  • Flexibility on availability to work weekends and to be on call

  • Able to work more than 40 hours per week when needed

  • Reliable and dependable

  • Can-do attitude

  • Hardworking

  • Typing speed of 50+ WPM. Test must be submitted.

  • 1+ years of Customer Service experience
