At SGD Springs, we're known for being the go-to team for garage door spring manufacturing. Our call center is strong at bringing in business —and we need someone who can keep it.
We're looking for a Retention Sales Expert — the kind of person who can charm, connect, and convert customers who've slipped away.
This isn't your typical call center gig. This is about relationships, persuasion, and strategy. If you know how to turn one-time buyers into loyal customers and have a voice people actually want to pick up the phone for — you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
Reach out to past customers and find out why they stopped buying — and win them back.
Rebuild trust and relationships through genuine, upbeat conversation.
Identify sales opportunities within previous customer accounts.
Work closely with the call center and marketing teams to improve follow-up and retention strategies.
Track and report customer feedback to help us refine our service.
Develop and test creative ways to increase repeat sales and loyalty.
Follow up on lost quotes or missed opportunities — and close the deal.

Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly phone voice.
Sales instincts: you can read a person, pivot your pitch, and close with confidence.
Strategic thinker: you understand customer psychology and how to rebuild value.
Experience in retention, sales, or account management (bonus if it's in home services or B2B).
Self-motivated and results-driven — you love hitting goals and seeing the scoreboard move.
