Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Make Ready Technician to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards, providing a safe and efficient environment for both staff and tenants.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee maintenance operations and supervise tech teams
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Provide hands-on support and quality control
  • Perform repairs in occupied rental units
  • Electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, locks, and general maintenance
  • Maintain job efficiency and quality standards
  • Focus on interior finishing, painting, and cosmetic repairs
  • Ensure units are move-in ready

Experience

  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is required
  • Previous supervisory experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
  • Customer service experience is beneficial for effective communication with residents.

Requirements

  • Must have own tools and reliable vehicle
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in teams
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
  • Driver's License (Required)

Benefits:

  • Weekly payroll (every Friday)
  • Consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm
