Overview

As a Real Estate Assistant at Avenew Realty, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our dynamic real estate team. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help streamline operations, enhance client experiences, and contribute to successful property transactions. What you'll do

  • Manage broker's calendar, schedule appointments, coordinate property showings, inspections, and closings.
  • Prepare, review, and organize contracts, addenda, disclosures, and listing agreements.
  • Handle calls, emails, and messages; provide timely client updates.
  • Upload and manage listings on MLS, Zillow, , and other platforms.
  • Coordinate photography, videography, staging, and open house preparations.
  • Design and distribute marketing materials including flyers, postcards, and social posts.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of email campaigns for advertising and lead generation.
  • Post on broker's social media accounts and help create content to grow the brand's presence.
  • Maintain CRM database with accurate client and lead information.
  • Track all contract deadlines, contingencies, escrow deposits, and closing requirements.
  • Prepare CMA reports and gather property data.
  • Liaise with lenders, title companies, inspectors, and attorneys to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Assist with vendor coordination and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Provide support to other real estate agents in the office, within the broker's instructions and supervision.
  • Keep track of all Avenew AFS agent's closing transaction folders, payments, and broker fees distributions.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience as an administrative or real estate assistant preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MLS, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe, or similar design platforms for marketing materials.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documents and data entry.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of Miami neighborhoods, real estate laws, and luxury market expectations is highly desirable.

Basic qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous experience in real estate administration or property management.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and customer service best practices.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for enhancing client interactions.
