Guaranteed Auto is looking for Customer Account Specialist to join its team

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in purchase of preowned vehicles
  • Responsible for initiating calls with delinquent customers by phone, email or personal visit to collect payments and settle accounts.
  • Monitor accounts on a daily basis.
  • Process payments.
  • Take action to encourage timely payments.
  • Tracking various important customer activities for future improvement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Successful professionals have come from a variety of backgrounds. While we would be happy to talk to a seasoned customer service representative , we are particularly interested in talking to entry level, trainable, candidates. The ideal candidate has a general background of some sort, a hard working professional, looking to make a career change, or a recent college graduate looking to pursue a new career.

  • Collection experience is a plus but not necessary for this role.
  • Sales experience is a plus but not necessary for this role.
  • Other experience will be considered with steady work history
  • Applicants with stable background in customer service will also be considered
  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a "people person")
  • Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
