We're growing and looking for an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our leadership team. If you're passionate about helping customers protect their investment while ensuring compliance and profitability, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Present financing, warranty, and protection options clearly and ethically to customers.
  • Secure and finalize financing arrangements through established lender partners.
  • Maintain full compliance with all state, federal, and dealership regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and service teams to ensure a smooth, positive buying experience.
  • Build strong relationships with financial institutions and stay current on lender programs and incentives.
  • Track and report F&I performance metrics and continuously look for process improvements.

Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of proven success as an F&I Manager or Assistant F&I Manager in an automotive dealership.
  • Deep knowledge of financing, leasing, and insurance products.
  • Strong understanding of automotive finance laws and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) preferred.
  • Sales management experience is a plus.

Base Pay: $120, $225,000.00 per year
