Responsibilities

  • Provide Heartfelt Guest Service.
  • Provide Hearty & Flavorful food to our guests.
  • Execute operational procedures with or without direction.
  • Help maintain a clean & inviting restaurant.
  • Assume full accountability for day-to-day tasks.
  • Lead a team of Shift Leaders & Team Members.
  • Lead alongside the General Manager to exceed operational expectations and ensure restaurant profitability.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance.
  • Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
  • Must be able to multitask effectively.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
