Business Development Manager
Growing Green, St. Louis's leading Interior and Exterior Plantscape company, is growing its sales
team. This full-time role includes prospecting for new opportunities, designing incredible
spaces, and building relationships. Plants and people are better together, and this role's mission
is to put more of them together. Growing Green has an amazing support team, tech, and
holiday team for smooth transitions. If you are ambitious, like to grow relationships, and get
paid well for doing it, this might be a great career advancement for you
Qualifications:
• 3-5 yrs. business-to-business sales.
• Strong will to succeed.
• Positive winning attitude.
• College degree preferred (but not required).
• Experience with plants or design.
• Competitive with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Can prioritize, organize, and effectively multitask.
Responsibilities:
• Prospecting for New Business
• Establishing rapport and building relationships
• Proposal & Presentation
• Work with CRM and our cross-functional teams
• Proactively learn plants, be innovative and creative with design.
• Be professional, persistent, and diligent in follow-up
• A strong desire for winning new business.
• After-hours networking
