About Harvester Landscapes

Harvester Landscapes is a growing, design-forward landscape firm based in Denver, Colorado, with a strong reputation for creative and professional outdoor spaces. We provide full-service residential and commercial landscape solutions—ranging from concept design and construction to long-term property care. Our mission is to elevate the experience of outdoor living through thoughtful design, expert craftsmanship, and reliable service.

As we expand our offerings, our Maintenance Division plays a key role in sustaining the beauty, functionality, and longevity of the landscapes we create. We are now seeking a Maintenance Division Director to lead and build this important part of our company.

Position Overview

This person will lead the effort to solidify systems, elevate service quality, manage clients and subcontractors, and ensure the division operates efficiently and profitably.

This is a strategic and operational role that requires hands-on problem solving, team leadership, and direct engagement with both field operations and client communication. The right candidate will be passionate about landscapes, operational excellence, and team collaboration—and ready to help shape the future of our company.

Scheduling & Software

  • Manage and optimize recurring service schedules using GorillaDesk or similar field service software.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records, site notes, and service history.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align scheduling with available labor and seasonal demand.

Subcontractor Oversight

  • Onboard and manage subcontractors to meet service standards and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate subcontractor agreements, NDAs, and site walkthroughs.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and billing accuracy.

Client Management & Communication

  • Serve as primary point of contact for maintenance clients.
  • Proactively manage client expectations and service outcomes.
  • Handle escalations with professionalism and diplomacy.

Division Growth & Sales

  • Generate new maintenance leads and manage sales process from inquiry through contract execution.
  • Perform site walkthroughs and develop customized maintenance proposals.
  • Collaborate with the Design Build team to offer seamless post-installation maintenance programs.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in landscape maintenance operations or related management role.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong working knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, materials, and seasonal requirements.
  • Familiarity with field service software (e.g., GorillaDesk, ServiceTitan) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and clean driving record.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Opportunity to lead and shape a core part of a fast-growing company.
  • Collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment.
