Job Overview

As an HVAC Commercial Field Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing and executing HVAC projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your leadership will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and clients, to drive project success and foster strong relationships.

What you'll do

  • Oversee the planning and execution of HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Perform layout of mechanical systems with some hands on work required at times.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to guide project execution effectively.
  • Manage project scheduling
  • Foster effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience as a sheet metal mechanic
  • Strong understanding of construction practices
  • Excellent time management skills with a knack for prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications

  • Familiarity with construction site experience and safety protocols.
  • Knowledge of project scheduling techniques and methodologies.
  • Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $61, $79,500.00 per year
