About the Role
We're seeking a detail oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into actionable insights that support business decision making across departments. You will work closely with product, operations, finance, and engineering teams to analyze trends, develop dashboards, and provide data driven recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Identify trends, patterns, and key insights to support strategic decisions.
- Develop and automate data pipelines and reporting workflows.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business needs and provide analytical solutions.
- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company standards.
- Support tests, forecasting, and statistical modeling when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
- Hands on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis preferred.
- Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data modeling.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
