About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our growing Analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing large datasets, generating actionable insights, and supporting campaign performance measurement. This role requires strong analytical thinking, hands-on technical skills, and the ability to translate data findings into clear business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business and marketing teams to analyse campaign performance and identify key drivers of success.
  • Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources using SQL and Alteryx.
  • Build and automate data pipelines to support reporting and analytics initiatives.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis and develop statistical models to uncover business insights.
  • Apply foundational Machine Learning techniques for predictive and segmentation analyses.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs using Excel or visualization tools.
  • Communicate analytical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making across projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
  • Strong working knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Alteryx for workflow automation and data blending.
  • Solid understanding of statistics and hypothesis testing.
  • Familiarity with Machine Learning fundamentals (regression, classification, clustering).
  • Prior experience in Campaign Analytics or Marketing Analytics preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into insights.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience working in a retail or consumer business environment.
