The AT&T Customer Representative position at Coastal Creative Concepts offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in customer service and business development while representing some of the most well-known brands in the technology industry. Our hands-on approach to training ensures that every AT&T Customer Representative gains the knowledge and confidence to succeed in a competitive market.

The main responsibilities of the AT&T Customer Representative is to act as the main point of contact between brand and customer to ensure long-term satisfaction, retention and repeat business. As well as provide exceptional support to customers while representing our company and AT&T in community outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Customer Representative:

  • Communicate with customers and deliver a seamless sales and customer service experience from initial introduction through the completion of the process
  • Provide accurate information on AT&T's products and services, tailoring your approach to align with customer needs
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our customers, building trust and maintaining long-term relationships through excellent customer serviceCollaborate with team members to cross-train, share knowledge, and enhance skills in this role
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services, applying strong negotiation and communication skills to maximize both sales and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up to date on all customer accounts and services

AT&T Customer Representative Qualifications / Skills:

  • Strong active listening skills to fully understand customer concerns and deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and responsibilities efficiently
  • Eager to learn, and driven by professional and personal growth
  • Commitment to delivering effective solutions in both sales and customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management is preferred but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $54, $63,000.00 per year
