What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide a top-notch customer experience by discussing, investigating, and resolving inquiries from car owners, dealerships, and third-party partners-via phone and email.
  • Keep everything organized by documenting correspondence, actions, and outcomes in the company's CRM system.
  • Dive deep into policies, warranties, customer programs, and laws to ensure you're delivering accurate and satisfying solutions.
  • Work alongside a supportive and mission-driven Consumer Affairs team to crush goals and meet deadlines.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor's degree (required)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills that impress every time.
  • Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Stellar time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
  • Typing speed of
    65+ WPM
    to keep up with the fast pace.
  • Prior experience in customer service or an office environment is a bonus-but not essential
