How you'll contribute  

A Front Office Representative within our Imaging Center department, who excels in this role: 

  •  Assumes responsibility for the efficient, productive, and professional operation of the front office.
  • Greets and welcomes patients for their exams. Works with patients after admission to receive imaging order and completes order entry into the Meditech system.
  • Verifies the diagnosis codes for accuracy. 
  • Maintaining non-clinical supplies and receiving/documenting patient payments.
  • Comfortable working with about 100 patients throughout the day.

 Schedule: This is a Full Time, benefitted position. Working hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. 

What we're looking for 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • One year experience working in a medical/business office setting with strong customer service. 
  • Knowledge of insurance rules and regulations.
  • Previous experience working with medical terminology, electronic medical records and scheduling systems preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
