Position Summary

As a Manager, Client Audit, you will be in a client facing project management position responsible for coordinating, managing and assisting with client audits, as assigned. In this position, you will work closely with various 3rd party auditors and consultants, client account teams, legal and trade areas to ensure the completion of client requested audits with consistency and minimal disruption to the business. You will be responsible for the timely and satisfactory resolution of exceptions identified during the audit process. This position will also be expected to identify process enhancement opportunities to reduce or eliminate risk of future client audit exceptions.

Required Qualifications

  • Five (5) or more years in audit, project management, or pharmacy benefit management (PBM).
  • Hands-on experience navigating RxClaim.
  • Demonstrated ability with basic Excel and Word functions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate technical ideas and results to non-technical clients in written and verbal form.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Experience supporting client-facing audits.

Education

  • Bachelors degree OR equivalent work experience required

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$60, $132,600.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
