Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily salon coordination and upkeep, ensuring all suites and common areas are clean, stocked, and welcoming.
  • Oversee salon maintenance needs — check lighting, towels, restroom supplies, and report any issues promptly.
  • Monitor and manage emails, Pumble messages, and renter inquiries, providing friendly and timely responses.
  • Support salon owner with scheduling, booth rental communication, and announcements.
  • Manage and create content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business, etc.) that align with the salon's brand.
  • Update and maintain the salon's website and online listings with accurate service, team, and contact information.
  • Help organize salon events, photoshoots, and team meetings.
  • Assist in building a positive, professional environment that reflects the values of BCC Salon & Suites.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Familiar with social media scheduling tools (Instagram, TikTok, Canva, or Meta Business Suite).
  • Comfortable with basic website updates (Wix, Squarespace, or similar).
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor when communicating with renters and clients.
  • Tech-savvy — comfortable navigating booking systems and internal apps like Pumble, Canva.
  • Interest or background in beauty, salon management, or marketing is a plus.
