About us

Join an established award-winning salon in the heart of Pacific Beach right on Garnet Ave We are adding to our team and looking for the right person to join our tight knit group of talented and dedicated stylists

Receptionist

Duties:

  • Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon's calendar
  • Provide information to clients about salon services, pricing, and availability
  • Assist with check-in and check-out process, including handling payments
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

-Help maintain cleanliness of the salon

-Help stylists with cleaning, sweeping or removing supplies after appointments

- Manage inventory of salon products and supplies

- Coordinate with stylists and technicians to ensure smooth operation of the salon

- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests for information or assistance

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using computer systems, including scheduling software and point-of-sale systems
  • Knowledge of salon services, products, and industry trends is a plus
