What You'll Do

• Hands-On Clinical Experience: Assist with injections, laser treatments, and surgical procedures.
• Patient Care: Take vitals, document medical histories, and ensure patients feel comfortable and informed.
• Medical Knowledge: Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure care and answer treatment-related questions.
• Clinical Documentation: Act as a medical scribe, accurately recording patient interactions in the electronic health record system (EHR).
• Surgical Preparation: Set up sterile trays, handle surgical tools, and maintain a clean clinical environment.
• Workflow & Communication: Coordinate with medical staff, providers, and patients to ensure smooth operations.
• Administrative Duties: Greet patients, schedule appointments, process payments, and assist with medical supply inventory.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or biological sciences field
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and OSHA regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a medical office setting
• Coursework in pre-health studies or research experience
• Customer service or call center experience
• Phlebotomy certification
• Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin
