Full Job Description

Hiring a full-time / part-time position for a high-end retail bakery and café. We are in search of Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to join our kitchen team.

Responsibilities / Expectations:

  • Report to Sous Chefs and follow all instructions accordingly.
  • Set up cook station and prepare food items in a timely fashion.
  • Follow recipes step-by-step and presentation specifics.
  • Restock, maintain, and clean cook station throughout the shift.
  • Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen.

Requirements:

  • Breakfast and Brunch experience is of advantage but not required.
  • Eligible to work in the United States and is 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have experience working in a professional kitchen.
  • Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
  • Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge and experience of culinary skills
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays to meet company demands.
