Our food is rooted in Mexican flavors and traditions, while also celebrating local and fresh ingredients. Chihuahua is a face paced casual cantina and Mexican restaurant.Availability: Part-time shifts available based on candidate availability and shift availability.Responsibilities:Prepare and portion food products prior to and after cookingAssist in final assembly and plating of foodAssist with cleaning of dishes and equipment as neededAssist with restocking or organizing as neededAssist Chef with food handling as directedAssuring that all components of food dishes are made according to guest and health standardsQualifications:Prior experience working as a line cook (One or more 1+ years)Experience working in a fast-casual restaurant environment with assembly/cooking/preparation of Mexican cuisineExcellent communication skills and team oriented personalityKnowledge of weights, measurements, volume, and cooking proceduresAble to stand for extended periods of time, lift up-to 50 lbs., and work in a confined area with elevated temperatures.Hours of operation: Mon-Sun 7:00 AM to 11:30 PMCompensation details: 17-19 Yearly SalaryPIa762ad7301ef-31181-37560878RequiredPreferredJob IndustriesOther
