Perfect Time Coaching LLC is dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive behavioral health services. We believe in empowering our clients through innovative treatment approaches and a supportive environment. We are currently seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) to join our dynamic team.

Position Summary:

As an LMHP, you will provide high-quality mental health care to clients, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions. Your expertise will help clients navigate their mental health challenges and work towards achieving their personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs.

-Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

-Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.

-Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.

-Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure holistic support.

-Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.

-Stay current with best practices and continuing education in mental health care.

-Assist clients in connecting with community resources and support services.

-Perform additional duties as mutually agreed upon.

Qualifications:

-Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.

-Valid state licensure as a Mental Health Professional (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.).

-CANS & ANSA Certifications

  • Medicare PTAN & Medicaid TPI Certified ( including Id Number)

-Experience in behavioral health settings preferred.

-Knowledge of TMHP (Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership) processes is a plus.

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

-Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

-Commitment to providing culturally competent care.

  • No pending or recent disciplinary actions against your license.

-Bilingual (preferred)

*Note: There will be a 60 to 90 day delay before starting to allow for insurance credentialing and caseload development.
