Position Overview

As our Listing Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat behind our online presence—making sure every property shines across our website, Airbnb, VRBO, and all other booking platforms. You'll work directly with the Onboarding Manager and Marketing team, keeping listings accurate, up-to-date, and irresistible to guests from start to finish – ensuring a seamless guest experience and consistent brand presentation.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, deadline-driven, adaptable to change in an ever-evolving industry, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. You'll have a mix of creative and analytical responsibilities, ranging from crafting engaging property descriptions to auditing listing accuracy and platform performance.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, publish, and optimize new property listings across OTA platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Website, etc.)
  • Write and edit engaging property descriptions, location highlights, and house rules aligned with brand voice
  • Upload, organize, and caption property photography; perform light Photoshop edits (e.g., TV images, staging touch-ups)
  • Conduct routine listing audits to ensure listing accuracy, amenity completeness, and policy compliance
  • Manage ongoing listing updates such as seasonal campaigns, bed layout changes, market adjustments and property refreshes
  • Assist the Onboarding Manager with assigned setup tasks for new properties
  • Stage homes and attend home photoshoots, capturing walk-through videos for new listing builds as well as reshoots for existing homes
  • Offboard properties by removing listings from all channels, updating internal records, and coordinating with marketing partners
  • Maintain records and reports for onboarding and offboarding activity, including performance insights
  • Share listing performance insights and guest feedback highlights with Customer Service & Maintenance teams
  • Create internal resources such as cleaning booklets, neighborhood maps, process docs, etc.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1+ year experience in hospitality, real estate, or property management preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting abilities
  • Experience in listing platforms preferred (Airbnb, StreamLine, VRBO, etc.)
  • Basic photo editing and graphic design experience (Photoshop, Canva)
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Excel, and project tracking tools
  • A keen eye for detail and design consistency
  • Adaptable to change in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment

  • After hour photoshoot sessions will be required (2-4 a month) depending on onboarding inventory & or if reshoots requested
