Job Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing projects and brand activations. This role ensures smooth logistics, effective communication across teams, and consistent delivery of high-quality experiences for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and organizing marketing campaigns, activations, and events.
  • Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and vendor communication for on-site projects.
  • Prepare and review marketing materials such as presentations, proposals, and event collateral.
  • Track budgets, invoices, and project expenses to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, operations, sales) to align project goals.
  • Support reporting by gathering data from events and preparing post-project summaries.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Qualifications
