Qualifications

  • Strategic Program Leadership: Proven ability to develop, drive, and execute complex, large-scale operational programs aligned with business objectives. Experienced in translating strategic goals into actionable program plans, managing program scope, schedule, and outcomes.
  • Operational Excellence: Demonstrated track record of optimizing business processes and enabling workflow automation to support global initiatives. Experience developing and scaling internal tools to enhance efficiency and program delivery.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with experience tracking program metrics, evaluating performance, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making.
  • Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts, architectures, and technologies, with hands-on experience in managing programs within cloud services or related technology domains.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to build consensus and lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, operations, supply chain, and business teams.

Responsibilities

  • Program Strategy & Planning: Develop and refine program charters, objectives, and execution plans to support OCI's cloud infrastructure expansion. Align program deliverables with business strategy and operational requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Program Execution: Lead large, multidisciplinary teams to deliver critical operational programs. Coordinate efforts across business operations, engineering, supply chain, and regional stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Process Optimization & Automation: Identify, design, and implement process improvements and workflow automations to streamline program delivery and enhance operational efficiency at scale.
  • Performance Management: Establish and monitor program KPIs and metrics to evaluate progress towards objectives. Analyze outcomes, report on results, and lead continuous improvement efforts.
  • Risk Management & Problem Solving: Proactively identify risks and issues across workstreams, develop mitigation strategies, and drive resolution to maintain program momentum.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners, keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Thought Leadership: Contribute to OCI's leadership

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
