Join us as an Amazon Product Lister & Compliance Specialist, where you'll be the driving force behind our product visibility and sales success on one of the world's largest e-commerce platforms FESCO is a consumer electronics manufacturer and wholesaler that also runs a Seller's Central, Amazon 3P account.

In this role, your expertise will shine as you meticulously craft and optimize product listings to capture attention and drive conversions. You'll be responsible for coordinating the creation of compelling product titles, engaging descriptions, and eye-catching images that showcase our offerings and optimize marketplace sales.

As a key player in our e-commerce strategy, you'll conduct thorough keyword research to enhance search visibility and stay ahead of market trends. Your analytical skills will come into play as you monitor and assess listing performance, making data-driven decisions to maximize sales and ROI.

In this role, you will:

  • Create and update consumer electronic product listings with accurate and compelling content, including images and descriptions.
  • Research and identify relevant keywords for product listings to enhance search visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve listing performance.
  • Optimize product listings for SEO to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align product listings with promotional campaigns and strategies.
  • Implement pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team to ensure stock availability.
  • Utilize software tools, AI and systems to streamline listing processes and enhance productivity.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to optimize listing performance.
  • Resolve customer queries and issues related to product listings and purchases promptly.
  • Stay updated on Amazon policies and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize listings.
  • Manage all compliance cases and satisfy any reported violations
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure product listings are aligned with sales targets and strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on listing performance and key metrics.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in product listing strategies.

Essential skills and requirements:

  • 2-3 years of a proven track record of improving product visibility and sales on Amazon 3P Sellers Central for a consumer products company.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and their application in product listings.
  • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and product listing tools.
  • Knowledge of Amazon policies, guidelines, and marketplace dynamics.
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
