Role Description
This is a full-time in person role for an Agency Manager. You will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to managing and overseeing sales operations, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Sales Management, Recruiting, and Training skills

- Customer Relationship Management and Communication skills
- Insurance industry knowledge and experience
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in a sales or insurance-related role
