Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greater Boston for a Home Care Business Owner. The Home Care Business Owner will oversee the daily operations of the business, including recruitment and management of caregivers, meeting client needs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The role also involves developing client relationships, coordinating schedules, and achieving operational and financial goals while maintaining compliance with company standards and regulations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on leadership and community impact.
