- Document all repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used in the repair process.
- Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and enhance service quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and other protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Repair Technician or similar role is preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of computers, electronic systems, or mechanical devices.
- Ability to learn diagnostic tools and processes .
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
- Some college or equivalent, or technical certifications are a plus.
