Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour effective rate (hourly + commission + overtime)

 Tire Technicians:Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires
 Repair flats and inflate to specTest, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensorsPerform oil changes and replace filtersConduct visual inspections and document issuesTest and install batteriesStock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards Work with your team to deliver fast, accurate, elite serviceOpportunity to progress into light mechanical services (brakes, suspension, alignments) as skills and experience allowWhat Makes You a Great FitTire/lube or automotive service experience preferredStrong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitudeDetail-oriented, safety-minded, and eager to growValid driver's license and clean driving recordPhysically able to lift 70 lbs and work on your feetFlexible availability, including weekends, since that's when our guests rely on us most
